What happenned to dailyclick.biz Forum and why they have become very late payer?

I'm really losing my patients. They have shut down their forum and they have become very very late payer. They said 30 business days and it's 29 business days today (40 calender days). Wow they are making me wait all the 30 biz days!! I'm not sure they will pay or not because They have shut down their forum. so we can't shout any more. One more thing I bought script package that was on sale ($10). It's almost 20 days now they have not delivered the package to me. Even their support email address is not working too. Who else facing problems??
