Is it a mood thing? Or are you a head banger?

I listen to music for a variety of reasons, one is to better my mood, one reason is I just want dance, and listen to old music like the 70's, and sometimes the 60's. one reason also, I just get tired of the stuff that is on TV.

I much prefer to have music playing than having the tv on! what music I listen to depends on my mood!! I have a broad range of musical taste. I can listen to Mika, Bon Jovi, The Proclaimers, Green Day, Madonna, Queen, Elvis, Billy Fury and so on. I like listening to Def Lepard when doing my housework!! Dancing around with the hoover is sooo stress releiving!

As what they say, Music is the language of the soul. I listen to music because I feel relaxed and calmed after a long day I have been trough. There are also feelings that can't be interpret by mere words. We need music to boost what we feel- whether it is happiness, sadness or frustration- the tunes, the rhythms, and the melodies can speak directly to our hearts enough to make us feel alright.

i just love music. who don't love it? music will give you pleasure. While in hectic situation, classical music calmed you. While you're bored, some rock/disco will give you new spirit. As for infant, some belief classical music will encourage and support their brain intelligences.
