What is beauty to you?

Beautiful women dont just wake up that way some people are gifted but its usually takes a great deal to look good, good health, food, beauty routine, exercise and good make up..putting an effort into anything is hard work but whose who do it see the benefits.x

anything or anyone who is pleasing to be with is beautiful to me. not only men, even a tree can be beautiful. I do not think of beauty as an hourglass figure, ironed hair, amazing make-up, perfect features, nice clothes etc...it goes way beyond that.

I assume you're talking physical looks, not inner beauty. Although I find the more I like someone's personality the more attractive they look. But, other than that, I don't think there's one set standard of physical beauty. I couldn't pin down exactly how a person would have to look to be beautiful. And, yes, men can be beautiful. I'd say that fits with men who are attractive without being rugged. Maybe who have fine features. There's an actor on Criminal Minds, Matthew Gray Gubler, who I would describe as beautiful, rather than handsome.

For me, physical beauty should be in conjunction with character and personality. If a person is beautiful but acts like a prima donna, she looks ugly to me. Another thing is that when a girl or a woman always make herself look beautiful but her brain is empty, her beauty becomes useless too.
