This IPL and ICL with 20-20 Format has completely distorted the game called "CRICKET". Immediately, please don't push me to the old-timer clan (which I am not !) and I also indeed love the thrills of short-versions of CRICKET. Yet, there is a unique charm and magnificence in 5-day TEST MATCHES - the endurance of batsmen, bowlers and also of the spectators. It is like a pilgrimage for the spectators to live those five days in the stadium with all the frills of reaching the stadium, having break-fast, lunch, tea. etc. at the stadium itself on all those five days while enjoying the "gentlemen game CRICKET" !. Those who have experienced that would certainly agree with me. Isn't it ?
