Last night, while trying to get to sleep, I had an overwhelming sense of being watched and could'nt get to sleep because of it. When i did manage to fall asleep, i woke up later in the night in a completly different position as to when i fell asleep

There is something wrong with your psychology, maybe you are tied because of working in daytime. When you can not sleep at night, you may count the numbers or white sheep to get hypnosis.I think it is a good way to adjust yourself.I hope you become better at today'night.

i think you must have moved when you are sleeping. do you always find yourself in a different position when you wake up? it is really possible, as i saw my niece like this all the time. hehe she would be turning 360 degrees. :)
you must have had a dream too.. felt really real but is just a dream.

It's possibe that you moved in your sleep. I always wake up in a different position, but it's not because I was abducted, it's because I move around alot in my sleep. We all do it, sometimes we don't. Perhaps you were having an intense dream, which is usually what causes this type of movement.

Everybody get dreams in their sleep. For some the dreams are absloutely realistic. If you had felt that you are running a long distance when you wake up you will feel your legs aching or you will also feel cramps in your legs. Looks like you had dreamt of aliens. Dreams like this are even caused if you had read something before going to sleep.
