Shooting in Lowlight, which digi cam is best?

I was fascinated with lowlight shooting. My canon camera with IS lens seems to be up for the job but trying other cameras like Nikon D80, it seems to have better color saturation. What is your experience? Below is one taken with 400D canon digital SLR. I've also used 300D and 10D.
