Which gov is the best in your mind?

When we are condemning the incompetence of some governments, there are definitely some set up good examples for the world. There are over 190 governments in the world, which one do you think is the best? What is the reason that you think it is great? Have you ever been to those countries?
By the way, if you can also share with me which country has be worse corruption problem in the world?

The question is very difficult because each State situation is very different. I do not think there is a best government, but a series of good governments,for example, the USA, French, Spanish, Italian etc. etc., in practice the democratic governments

No matter what a government does, there are always complaints. Complaining is a human instinct, I suppose, because people around me, including myself, very often complain about our life, our country, and so the forth. I do agree that USA, France, Spain are good models for the rest of the world, but not necessary Italy. I watch a lot on TV that politicians are assassinated by the Black Hand. So, I never have a very good impression on the security of Italy. I understand my perception are stereotypical, for I only get my source from the news. But I am appreciative to the governance of some small countries in the middle Europe.
