I used to be a die hard smoker and thought that I had the right to smoke where ever I wanted. I have since quit smoking and realized that my kids are healthier from not being around the smoke. I no longer want myself or my kids to be around the smoke. I think people have the right to smoke but not in public buildings where others don't want the health risk of smoking. If the public building have proper ventilation and a separate smoking room than I think they should be allowed to smoke in those types of areas. I do not believe we have the right to tell someone they can't smoke in their own homes or personal vehicles. (I hear some states are trying to do this, not sure if it is true or not)
