well, well, I would rather suggest that you delete this email and don't think about this. I have gone for such thing (though not really paid, just replied to such emails) and I realised it was a scam site, already! And I was flooded with such emails, and my, I had to abandon that email address. Really. Don't do anything except deleting it and marking as spam...the sites which claim that you are a winner of a high-amount-money, since 99.999999% percent of them are scam. How can you win for doing nothing? Just entering your name at some site doesn't make your a contender to win some prize-money, unless the site is multi-billionare company site, which is authenticated! Hope this helps

I got a scam e-mail before from a site that I was a member of and they told me to ignore it and report it as spam it said pretty much the same thing that yours said. So yes, its a scam don't do it.

The best thing to do is to contact the admin if it's true. Never pay until you get a confirmation from the site. And if 1-dollar is listed in the scam sites, be really careful. Take care and happy earning!
