Dining out for breakfast

When you go out for breakfast where do you go? Do you have a favorite restaurant you eat at regularly or do you go to different places? Do you always order the same thing or do you switch it up a bit? When we go out, there are a few places we go to regularly and I almost always order the same thing. I love breakfast! Eating breakfast for dinner is great too. So lets talk about breakfast and then we can all be hungry and craving pancakes!

Whenever husband and I have "breakfast eating out" cravings, it's usually McDonald's. We both order a Big Breakfast meal, which has rice, scrambled egg and this sausage mcmuffin patty. I'll have OJ and extra butter which I spread over the patty. ;D yum!!!

There used to be a place around here called Uncle Herbs, but it closed down. Because of that, I'm going to move. Well also my job is making me move, but I like the story that it because the resturant closed down.

Well as a lazy stdent, I'm never normally up before mid-day. Having said that on the few occasions I have been up, there's a very nice cafe on campus that does a 5 item breakfast for only £2 and comes with tea or coffee. That's a pretty nice wake-up when I'm in that early :P

I don't eat out for breakfast that much, but usually I go to Mcdonalds because it's just around the block from where I live. I went to this restaurant called the "Broken Yolk" one time here in San Diego and I would say that they have the best breakfasts in town. They specialize in egg dishes, but I think they have vegan and vegetarian dishes, too. They also have pancakes. Another place that's good to do is a place in Chula Vista called Aunt Emmas, they have great pancakes, their specialty.

I don't eat breakfast, I never have. But I absolutely love breakfast foods. So I enjoy going out to IHOP and eating my fill of it. Normally done in the afternoon/evening hours. Yes, it is my way of making up for not eating breakfast. *LOL*

A full English breakfast is best served in what's best described as a 'greasy spoon cafe' in the UK. The tea comes so strong that you can stand your spoon up in it, and the sugar is ladled in with a shovel. Sadly, these places are all closing down & the British workman is being forced to grab his breakfast at a burger van. Once all the greasy spoons are gone, where will all the hungover students go to settle their stomachs after a hard night?
