With all the bad stuff going on right now, are you able to count your blessings or are you worried sick and not enjoying life?
I'm counting my blessings. No matter how much money I could have or don't have, I have my health so that I can wake up every day and do most of the things I like. I have two wonderful boys, 19 and 20. My husband divorced me and the most horrible thing turned out to be wonderful, I'm so happy now! My parents are still alive and I get to visit with them and my mom (they're divorced) lives with me 4-6 months every year to avoid the Florida hurricane season. My dad and stepmother are about thirty minutes away. I lost my brother three months ago but I still have a brother and a sister. I have two cute dogs that I love dearly. I live simply because material things don't matter much.
It's a bad time economically, but there's a lot to be thankful for. How about you? Do you appreciate what you have or are you too stressed to even count your blessings?

Once in my life, i became pessimistic because of the pain that life brings to me.
The good thing is i survive, i was able to carry my cross.I appreciate all the good things that happen to me. I love the new me and responsibilities that acquire by it.
I enjoy my life very well and inspired by my family and especially my daughter.

I have found that although I was very depressed at times in my life because of bad things that happened to me--or, I let happen to me--the good times are better because I went through the bad ones.
If not for the darkness of night, we wouldn't appreciate the light and sunshine of the day.
I'm glad you were able to come through your hard times and be able to count your blessings.

I am half of each. I do not enjoy my life a lot and I am not very persimistic either.
The way I look at my life depends on what mood I am in. If I am happy, of course I would be counting my blessings. And when I am sad or frustrated, I would be counting my mishaps.

I'm sorry to hear you don't enjoy your life a lot. I got a smile out of your avatar, though, I spend many hours as a child laughing at Tom and Jerry!
