I saw the movie, "Evan Almighty" and that really got me thinking about how I treat others. Even though I'm not always greeting people with a warm smile, handshake or "thank you", I try my best.
Here on myLot, I will give those whom have responded to my discussion a + (unless their response is totally uncalled for). Lately, I'm trying to remember to always thank the responders for taking the time out of their busy schedules to not only read my discussions, but taking the thought and time out to respond.
So, what do you do here on myLot to make yourself stand out?

I also give people +, but not everyone wh respond. Those who looked like they put some thought and effort into their posts get pluses. Others who just make a random, no well thought out comment just remains where they are and people who spam and write things like "i don't know" get - lol
I like to respond to people but only those who reply as if they are interested in what I asked. The others tend to not reply to my reply if i pose another question to them lol

Ever since I was a child, my parents taught me to be kind to others and show respect. Nothing has really changed since I was a child. Although, now,at times, I do become some jaded in this fallen world.
I do nothing to stand out here. I just want to earn some extra money.

That's really kind of you to rate your commenters positively. I don't really do anything to stand out here in myLot, I just respond to discussions that I find interesting. I saw that film a year ago, and the message of the movie is really good. Acts of Random Kindness is seldom seen nowadays, that's why when it is done to me, I can't help but be grateful for it.

I always find discussions to respond to and spend as much time as I can trying to make things better. When I see a good discussion, I do give it a +, but if I see one that would make someone feel bad (one of the totally uncalled for types), I give it a -. I have also invited ESL users to join an interest that they can practice English and get pointers on how to improve.

ARK? What kind of creature is it? (LOI)If I am not wrong, ARK is a recommended gesture especially when we are establishing a friendly-communication. We are even told to smile when we meet friends, or take their hands as a show of brotherhood. Say thank you for those give us a favaour also is a must. Shakehands with smile and say thank you make society more condusive and peace. In this regards, Kaeli72 are intitled to establish myLot community to be a place of friendship.........
