Love In The Time Of Cholera- Will the movie do justice to the book?

One of the masterpieces of Gabriel Garcia Marquez has been now made in to a movie. I wonder if the film will do justice to the book. Books are always better and i am yet to come across a film that was able to match the publication. The exeption can be the James Bond movies. Any suggestions?
