Do you ever try exotic food before?

Once a month my family and I will go for exotic food at the chinese restaurant. We always order dry frog with soya sauce, turtle, hot chilli wild boar, fry ant eater with oyster sauce and snake. Everything will be cooked according to Chinese menu and style. Not many people can take all those exotic food and it is very costly.
How about you, do you ever try exotic food before? What do you think of it?

I have tried a few items that were exotic but i dont do this often.....
I have tried frog legs ugh that was bad
Ostrich- taste just like steak

Hello bronie123. To me he frog is delicious. Maybe the style of cooking is not the same. I prefer crispy frog with special topping sauce. I've tried Ostrich once and I quite like it either. As I said, I like to try any new exotic food. Care to recommend to me? Thanks for the sharing.

yeah i only ate frog once so it just might be the place i got it from :)
I try to stick to chicken and beef mainly LOL

hi , I`m a chinese guy
I think our food is really delicious. but the foods such as snake ,its not the common chinese food,most people dont prefre these ,so do I.
but chinese food really has great difference with the west food. In china, the western-style food is very popular

Hi Xuwei365. I am not a choosy type. Therefore I can take any food such as Indian food, Western food, Japanese food and of course Chinese food, which is very common in our country.
Since I am an adventurous in food, I like to take the opportunity to try all kind of food and cooking. Thanks for your response

hi goldwin65,i'm chinese.while i havn't eaten such exotic food you metioned above. they are not common food in chinese family. i guess that chines restaurant you went is probably managed by Cantonese. only people in Guangdong province dare to try such exotic food and regard it delicious food.
by the way,what do you think about the tast? are they delicious?

Hello Sophialin. I thought in China you can easily get exotic food? Recently I was watching "Exotic food in China'in Discovery Channel. Wow... so delicious. Wish I can try them all.
As I am an exotic food lover, I must say that I all the food are delicious and I always looking forward to new exotic food.Thanks for your response.
