Of late, it has become difficult for us to take our dog for a walk.I dread taking him out as stray dogs seems to be ready to pounce on our doggie any time.I carry a stick but,the truth is stray dogs are too ferocious. Our dog is a labrador, a big one, and it needs lot of strength to ward of stray dogs and at the same time hold on to him. Its very sad as my brother is not home most of the time and our dog has to wait for a walk.
All you dog lovers, how do you safeguard yours from being bitten by a stray dog.

Dogs are strange in that way. Two dogs can meet when on the lead and want to kill each other. Walk them in the park off the lead and they can be best of pals.
Of course the dogs will sense your fear and worry and that won't help the situation but then you have every right to be fearful.
A tricky problem for you.
Could you pop your dog in the car and drive to somewhere nice for a walk?
