is it worth it? It only last a year, isn't it? Also, I am still not familiar with that prepaid credit card. Does it has an annual fee? What is the credit limit? etc, etc?

It has no annual fee, and the credit limit is the amount you make when you request pay out from Bux.to. Consider it to be like a credit card that you've preloaded money onto. When the money runs out, the card is useless.

I have not upgraded yet, but I am seriously thinking about it. It might not be a bad idea. I've seen the card adertized and I'm thinking seriously about applying for one, by upgrading. Maybe I'll buy a few referals while i'm at it.
