Do you know any celebrities?

Quite a few true celebs, and for the most part I am un impressed with their status. When I lived in LA, I had my own psuedoceleb status among celebs in the day just because of how much I was involved in the rising trendy technology area. i also owned my own place near the beach which made it a prime party spot. I was the basically a B list celeb that was generally accepted in the company of A listers and sought out as a friend for C and D list celebs. I am still friends with a number of celebs and celebs well past their time like me, but I am unimpressed with the title celebrity. The only celeb I was ever impressed with as a celeb was Jack. We saw each other enough over a short period of time that he actually remembered my name without being reminded. Of course I have Jack moment that few guys can compare with. I was waiting to pick up my girlfriend from work one night at Pink's when He came in after a Laker's game with some friends (other celebs). He noticed me and we started talking then him all noticed the waitress who bent over. I found myself in the envious position of having Jack, Warren Beatty and Dennis Hopper all checking out my girlfriend and making wouldn't I like to comments... Shannon was a forgettable lay, but knowing that I got to sleep with something the three of them were oggling more than I did the first time I saw her really sticks in your mind. I doubt Jack can remember my name even if he would remember what I did, but that is okay, I remember. As far as status goes though, I am more impressed with the writers I know personally who have some name recognition rather than actual fame or celebrity status. We all have things in common and can connect which is something most "celebs" can't do.

No i do not know any celebrities. Well - I have met some through work and i know quite a bit about some of them, but I am not their friend. i think they are just like any other people

i know someone who used to be a celebrity, she is currently working as our manager now. she is still very beautiful and a very charming lady. she's got her family now and her cute daughter. our training manager also is a member of a famous band here in the country. hehe we would always joke about it and ask for his autograph. :)

I don't actually know them personaly, but where i live we have quite a few celebs. Sir Bob geldof lives ten mins walking distance from me, see him doing his shopping in town. Barry who used to be in eastenders lives round here, seen him in tesco loads. Barry mcquigan (spelt that wrong) the boxer lives here too, plus quite a few quite a few others....
