Wht's the funciton of the three buttons?

I am new here, maybe, oh no, it must be so easy for you. What's the funciton of the three buttons '+', '-' and '!' after the response of the discussion.

The "+" is to give a comment a positive feedback. The "-" is to give it a negative feedback. And finally the "!" is to report a comment for breaking the rules of the discussion boards. Hope I could help you clear that up!

they are the tabs with which you can rate a discussion or response. + means you rate it positively. if rate -ve, it means you arte it negatively. ! means report abuse.
