Gothic rock(goth rock or goth)is a genere of alternativ rock that origineted during the late 1970s.It is a combinacion of punk rock and post punk whit gothic horror,romanticism,nihilism.Like other gener of music gothic rock its have sub-gener:doom metal(my dying bride);gothabilly(the cramps);coldwave(bauhaus);darkwave(moonchild).This music its very popular in the gothic subculture.

I don't really like gothic music, the only gothic metal band that I listen to is Saviour Machine. I'm more into the serious part of metal, not gothic or emo junk :P Thrash and Heavy metal all day... That's the life ;)
