What bugs you?

I was just curious as to what really bugs a person. What are some things that just rack your nerves, instantly causes your blood pressure to rise...you know what I mean? For me it's any rickity, rackity or sudden loud noise. A harley bike muffler or whatever makes that horrible,loud sound.
