Corned Beef and Cabbage

I think I may be one of the few in this world who cant stand Corn beef and Cabbage! My boyfriends mom made it last night for dinner, but I tend to stear clear of this meal. I just cant stand it. I do hope you enjoy your St. Patrick's day meal though. Along with everyone else who eats it every year for dinner! I am not sure what I will make for dinner tonight. But I do know what I wont be making :)

Wow, that sounds really good! I don't really celebrate St. Patrick's day, but I like the food that you mentioned. The only thing is that I can't handle the sodium in the corned beef, but the potassium in the cabbage and potatoes would probably balance that out. Happy eating! Yum!

I'm cooking corned beef and cabbage right now. I'll cook some potatoes to go with it, and make some corn bread. I'm getting hungry thinking of it!

I am Eng;ish, Irish and Greman, my husband is 100% Irish. He hates cabbage, and corned beef. So, tonight I am making beef and rice with beans.

Oh Lola...!! Last nite we had `bubble and squeak`...potatoes,fried onions ans cabbage all mahed together and fried until there was a crusty surface to it...mmmmm twas luverly. But I didnt have any corned beef inthe cupboard!!!!

WE are having corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrot, and onions for dinner tonight. I also bought a loaf of rye bread to go along with it.
