My Phone Went Dead Yesterday!

My cell phone doesn't work well where I live and I had to use it to call my mother and tell her that my home phone wasn't working and asked her to call the phone company for me. She did and I couldn't believe what they told her. They said it was AT&T's fault and not mine. They actually claimed fault?! Wow! That surprised me silly! They had it fixed by morning which was so nice but I could'nt believe they accepted the fault instead of telling me there would be someone coming out such and such a time, you know, anything to placify the person but they didn't. So have you ever had something break down and the company claim fault? Do tell your story!
