new relationships: should we disclose our past to new entrant ????

hello guys,
i would like to start a discussion on relationship....i have been hearing lots of stuff this days about relationships...so i would like to get ur view on relationship...when we get into new relationship...should we disclose our past to the new entrant to our life...i feel that relationship have become complex topic for drwing rooom discussions....my view on this is i would be honest to my partner...i would discuss my past with my partner....so tht it doesnt create a problem in future...it would start very good base for healthy relationship....what do u all folks on mylot think abt this...do let me know ur views on this...

it depends on many factor. i salute your idea. but still you should remember whether the condition will be Ok for your new relationship. you should always judge the person and situation and think how he is going to take it if you disclose the past.
