Did anyone watch the HGTV Dream Home Giveaway?

Where the Home and Garden Television channel (HGTV) awarded a 2 million dollar fully furnished home in Florida to one lucky viewer? And they did it LIVE? There were a bunch of other prizes too, not just the house but plane fare to Florida, some sort of car and dog house and goodies.
I watched part of the Live show and I was surprised at how the woman who won acted. She didn't seem excited and she certainly wasn't surprised either. I mean really, her whole family was there and Lauren Lake just walked in the front door without knocking so please, that was not a real live surprise moment!
Wouldn't you be surprised to win a 2 million dollar house in Florida? And if you did know in advance like she obviously did, couldn't you still ACT surprised? I know I sure could!

I did not get to watch it. I was sure looking forward to it. HGTV is my favorite channel on TV.
I love all of their shows. But I did see the clips from it.
I hope they continue to do things like that, but
with the economy such as it is, maybe build homes
not so expensive. Can you imagine what the taxes
on that house runs? The lady who won it has to be
rich just to keep it running.
It would be really nice to see them build several
homes across the country and give those away.
Now that would really be exciting.

I didn't watch it, but I know I would sure be surprised and definitely act it too. I don't know, maybe the woman was trying not to look foolish or something??? Personally I wouldn't care! I'd be happy and excited and bouncing all over the place! LOL
