How High / Low is your Self-Esteem?

According to experts, it is essntial to have high Self Confidnece or Self-Esteem for you to Acconmplish something in term of corporate, career, or even social aspects. and self-esteem is trusting your self, and not intimidated with people would say about you. but other would misintepret self esteem for being Over-confident, and other has none at all.
for my self , I guess a below average selfesteem, I usually becomes a coward when self esteem needs the most, but sometimes I Overcome it, and in general I do need an Self confidence Enhancement.
