maybe sometimes you are so tired that you can't remember something. i share with your opinion when i am tired. but i think you may bring a brochure with you to keep things and you will not forget things. maybe it's a way to solve this problem. it is nothing about memory, i think. you also can tell another person to help you to remember things. if you think it's a problem about your memory maybe you can eat more fish to develop your memory.

Oh,I share the feelings with you.I got the nickname of Miss Forgetful since I was in junior high school .Now I am 24 years old ,a year older than you, still got the nickname on me.I think most of the time I 'm not organized and always in a rush. We should all be more organized and focus on things happened around us ,then our memory will be better. Don't be upset,it's no big a deal.We can get over it,cann't we? I always take a note with me in case I forget something.Maybe you can give it a try,or you can text something important in your cellphone,it's quite convenient. Best wishes for you!Be happy!

I do this a lot. Especially in the mornings when I am rushing around to get everything done. Get the baby's bag packed, get him in his car seat, grab my wallet, cell phone, cigs, make the boyfriend's lunch. Only to find I have left something behind when I get in the car or halfway to where I am going. Thank goodness it isn't the baby or his bag that I have forgotten.
