Well, in August 2004 we moved from NY to Ireland, and we were back for a wedding in March 2006, and I am going to try my best to see about making a 10 day trip in late August this year Trouble is - a family to travel is expensive, we are talking 4 adults - 2 children, a 16, 13, 11, & a 7 year old as well as myself and hubby. I know we need to get equipment, etc to gt the goat business off the ground, and its going to be hard to get the price of the flights together 3600 euros. But my reasoning is this, his mom lives there, his sister and brother. his brother and the wife are expecting their first. Before we moved, I used to send my eldest every year, and pull teeth so taht the whole family could come over here to my family for the summer every 2nd year. I want to be fair, whilst we are not going to be spending the whole summer in NY, just 10 days, I want to be fair, and make it an every 2nd year trip. Am I crazy to try and be fair, or should I concentrate on getting the goat business off the ground. Cutting corners here a lot, and yep we are getting sick of pasta all the time! My cousin is our youngests godmother and is dying to see her, and with the exchange rate - well - ! What do you think? I have to try and figure out how to get the money together as well.
