Goats milk ice cream

Well, as some of you know my goal is to get up and running making goats milk ice cream, but we have to get the money together to get equipment. What do you think the possibilities are for goats milk ice cream, its a good idea?

When i was a child my dream is open a ice cream shop,only sell chocolate ice cream :)
