today my friend died

I had to leave work early. I've been crying for hours. Now I just feel like a zombie, no emotion what so ever. He was only 28 and died of "natural causes". We are not sure yet what those are. His fiance just couldn't wake him up. I know I will get through this, but any ideas on how long my head is going to feel like it's spinning? I feel like I'm stuck in some dream. WAKE ME UP!
