What is your opinion of McFly? Good/ alright/ rubbish?

Please do not just state an opinion and leave it there. A reason would be lovely.
Please do not just say good because you think they are good looking. It is the music that counts.
I personally am a huge fan of their music. It is fun, and they seem to have always left the best stuff on the albums! I am guessing that this is down to the label, and that it is one reason why they have left it. My personal favourites lyrically and musically are 'Too Close For Comfort', 'Not Alone', 'Bubble Wrap', 'Little Joanna' and 'Don't Wake Me Up'.

I don't like there music, I find it to erm... childish I guess is the best word to describe it. Now I'm not saying that everyone who listens to them is a child I just expect more children to listen to there music than teens or adults. Although I'm probably being biased because I'm not really into that sort of music, I'm into the heavier stuff :D.

From being a fan myself, I know that most of McFly's fans tend to be 15+, so basically teenagers.
My brother is 38 and he came to a tour of theirs back in 2005. Hes a huge fan of Heavy Metal and rock, but he was really suprised at how well they can play live and has not said a bad word since.
But yeah, not everyone can agree on liking a band or not. I respect your opinion.
