Which bands or singers do you find are under-rated, and which over-rated?

Right now I certainly feel that the band McFly are very under-rated, which is probably due to the songs their old label has forced for release. Also, I definitely find Leona Lewis over-rated right now! Only an X Factor winner would get sales like her nowadays, not singers who's sales tend to be fully from true music fan buyers!
