How can we find good people in the soceity?

talking about money-minded, have you heard this: 'money is not everything, but everything needs money'? i guess to some extent, all people are money-minded. for your question, in my opinion, the best way to know how good or bad someone is, is to interact/communicate with them. i mean in a certain quality. not too close and not too far. i think it's better than judging people from what we hear. because sometimes what we hear is not always right. btw, i agree to the previous comment saying be cautious but not suspicious
