Best WWF/WWE champs that I have seen: #1 Hulk Hogan: No one has matched his charisma. He is without a doubt the best WWF champ ever. #2 Shawn Michaels: An incredible combination of ring charisma and athleticism. Loses points when he opens his mouth. #3 The Rock: Possibly the most charismatic wrestler ever in the WWF. Not really impressive in the ring though. Good thing he can act :P

they are both the best, we cannot real compare them because they never fought. when The Rock was a champion Cena was still getting there.
