Kristi Yamaguchi did not disappoint. I thought she would be wonderful, and wow wasn't she? I don't think there's ever been a score that high for the first dance.
Priscilla was actually a pleasant surprise for me (and I was glad to see her daughter in the audience). She had more personality than I thought she would, and she performed pretty well.
I think that poor Monica will be the first girl to go. I think it was unfair of the judges to be so kind to her in their comments and then give her those 5's. I don't think the fives were undeserved, but I think they should have prepared her for it with their comments.
Shannon Elizabeth was cute and I suspect she'll do well. The Hairspray girl... I'm not sure how I feel about her yet. She's really cute, but at this rate I guess she would probably be the second girl to go.
But enough about me, what do you guys think about tonight's dances?

Kristi definitely laid down the gauntlet in this week's performance! My friend and I call each other back and forth during the commercial breaks, and the first thing either of us said was "Wow." She did a remarkable job -- made it look so easy and natural -- one of the only contestants this season that really seemed to look comfortable dancing.
For as nervous as she was beforehand, Priscilla did an awesome job! She was definitely the most daring of any of the other dancers, as far as putting herself out there and taking a risk with some of the harder moves. She's definitely going to be good competition this season.
I also thought that Marlee Matlin did a PHENOMENAL job, especially considering that she couldn't hear any of the music. She was energetic and engaged and it was just plain fun to watch her!
I'm gonna go ahead and pick Kristi, Priscilla, and Marlee as the final three. I know, I know, there's never been an all-female final three (at least not that I can think of). And yes, some of the men gave quite a good showing as well (think Jason and Mario), but I think the females are going to dominate this season.
