women and church

It seems to me, that in today's culture many people go to chuch simply because there accustomed to going to church on Sunday mornings--they haven't time to read the bible themselves, and thus they have a Preacher to do it for them--and unless that preacher himself does a message on why women shouldn't talk in church, the women will continue to do so. Many, many have not read the passage, or if they have, do not understand the context of the passage where it discusses women speaking in the church.
