Guys and gals, I don't know if you'll believe me. But in our country, a lot of poor people selling their kidney for money. Some people, donate their kidney out of love for our fellowmen. But they didn't realize, they'll regret that once they got old.
Would you sell your kidney? How about if your love one needs a kidney? Would you give it?

Kidney donation is a noble act even though if it is for the money in some countries like ours. Kidney is a vital organ and without it one will not survive. For those who donated their kidneys even for monetary reasons I believe they have a very valid reason for doing so. I know somebody who had a kidney ailment and the donor was his sister who underwent 2major operation. But to save his brother she donated her one kidney.

I don't think selling your kidney out of money is a noble act. For me, it's laziness. Instead of working your hands to earn money, you just sell yourself. The bad part is, in our country, many rich and middle class people exploits these poor people to buy their kidney for a small amount of money (3 to 5 month worth of money).

Well I guess you are right if you can stay away with salty foods when you grow old. That's gonna be fine if the pay is big enough to support your life and family for few years but if it's gonna be gone for 3 months, then that's something to think about. Imagine, you got money for 3 months and then sacrifice your whole late adulthood life? YOu may say it's mutual but doing so out of money is something not good to do.
Here in our country, poor people tend to sell their kidney for at most 50,000 pesos which will only last for 5 months. Just imagine that. for just a small amount of money, you've sacrificed yourself.

Yes, I do believe you, although it does not happen in where I am, I do read in the newspapers about selling kidneys over at other countries. Maybe because of poverty or love.
Well, for me, I will never sell my kidney for money. Life is more important than money. I would opt to donate my kidney though if I am deceased.
On the other hand, if my loved ones desperately need a kidney, I will not hesitate to give my kidney provided there is no health risk on my side.
