i cant understand why this happening!

i wondering why the market is crashing down ..first i thought it is only in india . then i saw a post yeaterday and realised its not only here but allover. sensex has een crashing from 20000 now it is 14000.why is this happening? can anyone clarify it.and also gold rates are increasing dramatically. does this relates to inflation of currency.
