ORKUT is the best community website.

Orkut is particularly good in India because it is the most popular social networking site among the students. So, its easy to find our friends. But for me,FaceBook is a lot better than Orkut! Probably this is because my social network is too thick outside of India than here itself. And I also like the concept of applications at Facebook. Its much more productive and fun than Orkut! Also, from the privacy aspect... Facebook is much more secure and offers greater privacy. And If you have noticed the conversation style in Facebook messages, there's no way you can say Orkut is better! In fact, messages are nothing more than a nuisance and mess at Orkut.

i would say facebook is much better than Orkut. In facebook, People who are not your close friends cannon see your scraps(called wall on Facebook). Moreover, you can set privacy options on Facebook, Specifying who can see what part of your profile. I would really vote for Facebook, wrt Orkut...

ya i agree with you...Orkut is the best community.....v can communicate with frnds,relatives...i have found many old frnds in orkut only...so i m really thank full to orkut........

ya you are absolutely right.we can enjoy meeting old friends in orkut.but we can enjoy here more making many more different friends and sharing everyones feelings.... may god bless you

I think yes. i have also found orkut to be the best community site. there are pros and cons also. but i like it.
