would you suggest another ending for this movie?

what if the character of mandy here did not die? would it make you still cry and love this movie? i think the movie is as good as it is even if it's not your happy ending love story. i would never want a part two or any thing to change. how about you?

i love this movie and it is really unmemorable but still i hope that mandy will not die... there would be a great miracle for her...

Surely there could be other endings like the girl recovered fully and after that they lived happily ever after but then again that would not have been "A Walk To Remember" it will then fall into the category of some ordinary romantic story. But I will tell you this is the perfect ending and no other ending would have suited the theme of the movie.
