I thought the same thing as you... that Sarah might still be alive next season. That company can do alot of crazy things, so who knows if that was really her head or someone who looked like her. But I'm not 100% sure either, but I asked my husband what he thought about it and he said he thought the same thing! I hope they bring her back!!

I know..I wont watch season4 if sarah's not there..LOL.. cause I believe they just let her die in season 3 because she was pregnant right?
