hello,Mr.Gandhi!long years back when I was under depression I started listening to light music and devotional songs and since than i have developed the habit of listening only devotional songs.since i getup from bed early in the morning we start our CD play devotional songs till 8AM then we start our usual work of routine life and i feel better since then.thank you.
