its a good way to get connected to your friends...i found some of my old friends in orkut with whom i haven't been in contact for many years

you workout more than 5 hours a day? wow... i definitely dont workout that much. in fact, i hardly ever workout, only when im feeling energetic and have time. i really should workout more, but my workout dvds dont work on my laptop, i hate running, and the gyms here are really expensive!
