Has anyone got any advice for getting pregnant?

I have endometriosis and my partner and I have been trying for a baby for over 3 years. Doctors have operated to clear the endometriosis several times and think my tubes are fine, but still nothing happening!
We are now looking into trying Clomid as it looks like I am not ovulating, and then IVF, does anyone know much about either method or know of any success stories??

I've heard many success stories about clomid. Remember when you are taking it (if you do) that there are side effects. The biggest would be that clomid can cause 'hostile' cervical mucus. You might consider trying Preseed. It's the only sperm-friendly lubricant out there, and it helps the sperm swim their way up just as your fertile cervical mucus would. Take it one step at a time. Think about IVF afterwards if clomid doesn't work, but keep thinking positive!
BTW...I have a friend who conceived on her 2nd month of taking clomid. She'd tried for over a year.
Good luck!

My friend is on clomid at the moment, she is not yet pregnant but is stil trying, I have heard both sucsess stories and not so sucsesfull stories with both. To be honest hun I think its all just trial and error but I wish you the very best with your choice.

The things you have mentioned I have never heard of. But my mom does have the endometriosis as well as anometriosis. She goes in to have a hysterectomy the end of this month because of how bad it has become. I actually have a question for you though. You talk about all these things being done to you and different tests so you can try and get pregnant. But has your husband been tested as well. If he has a low sperm count than that could also be the problem.
