As a young child I was a huge fan of Scooby Doo! I don't know what it was about it, but I loved it and tried never to miss an episode.
I also was quite a fan of Pingu, Thomas the Tank Engine, Cow and Chicken, The Flintstones, the looney tunes, Tom and Jerry and the magic roundabout! Loads more really.
Kids TV really was great haha.

I watched mainly norwegian shows as a child - some was copied from other countries. like Playhouse. Colargol. professor Baltazar. I loved dramaseries - crimestories for kids. but I liked puppet shows and cartoons as well. back when I grew up we had childrens tv like half an hour a day - and everyone watched the same things, so we could talk about it the next day. It was kind of nice to have so any things and experiences in common.

I've heard of Playhouse.
Its cool that you were able to talk about seeing the same shows and stuff. I never was able to at the time, but nowadays if I bring the subject up, everyone seems to remember the same shows! So I have been able to now, and it really does bring back the fun childhood memories.

I liked Scooby Doo, too! I also loved Sesame Street and Mr. Rogers. I watched lost of cartoons, including Tom and Jerry and the Flintstones. I also watched Speed Racer and Kimba the White Lion a lot, too. Other than that I watched animals shows and family shows at night.

Some of my favorites were Captain Caveman, Snorkles, Smurfs, Scooby Doo, and several more. I miss the older cartoons. Glad to see that Scooby Doo is still on for my kids to watch. They adore Scooby Doo.

I watched a lot of shows. When I was young as you are talking about I watched scooby doo, franklin, brother bear, arthur. There are a lot. I don't remember them all. I watched a lot of nick junior. Then when I got up a little bit older I would watch shows like the wonder years. I feel in love with that show for some reason. I remember being so disappointed when they cut the show off. I don't watch it anymore, honestly I don't even like it. I still watch scooby doo with my little sister sometimes. :) I watch movies mostly though.

Arthur! I watched that too!
Haha, I just got the tune to it in my head.
I used to love Cartoon Network to bits and watched nothing but it for years.

Wow, I feel that I was a kid again. My favourite cartoon shows are Gummy Bears, The Smurfs, Transformers, and the cartoons from Walt Disney and Warner Brothers. I still remember that I rushed back from school in the evening just to catch up on the episodes.

When I was growing up I was a big fan of the snorks, the smurfs and the care bears. I swear I never missed an episode. Some other shows I used to watch was pinwheel, looney tunes, winnie the pooh, and a few others. I miss being young and being able to watch cartoons on Sat. morning. Good times.
