Yuwie is not worth the time or energy it takes to make money there. I was a member there and in a very short period of time the site owner started amending rules and made it nigh unto impossible to ever earn a significant income on that site. Have a look at the info here and decide if it's worth your time, regardless of where you live.

37 dollars, 900 referrals... that's a lot of work for an extremely little return. I wonder how many hours she worked to earn that. When I left there was a guy whose organization accounted for more than 20% of the entire Yuwie population and his checks averaged less than $100 a month. This was a guy with referrals that numbered in the thousands and a downline in the tens of thousands.
Yuwie might take off eventually but Korry Rogers is the only one who will ever benefit from it. I hope someone sues the pants off him before all is said and done.

Walking around your neighborhood looking for loose change on the ground will earn you more money in less time than working Yuwie. It's not a hard goal to accomplish (earning more money with less output than you do on Yuwie, I mean).
