As A Child What Was Your Favourite Nursery Rythm

Children are from a very early age taught Nursery Rythms and songs.As the years pass I find it quite amazing I can still remember many of them,but can't seem to remember to take my shopping list with me to the store!Mine was "Mary Had A Little Lamb" very possibly because I did,although my name is not Mary..lol.My lamb did however follow me just about everywhere,and we lived in the burbs! Come on, take a trip down memorie lane?

For an unknown reason to me Hickory dickory dock!!! stands out in my mind...maybe because it was said fairly fast..therefore making it pretty `exciting` to a youngster!!

Its strange isn't it so many of us remember the nursery rhythm, maybe because we were mad to sing it again and again and again. My favorite used to be "London bridge is falling down", my mother says I used to sing it almost all day long and they had to shut me up sometimes because it used to irritate the hell out of everyone around hearing the same song repeatedly.

Oh wow a blast from the past. Oh I loved many of the nursery Rhymes. Humpty Dumpty, Little Boy Blue, Jack be Nimble, Jack be Quick, etc. But I think my favorite is Jack and Jill.
