Have you try eating chocolate coated insects?

Hello co-mylotters,
The other day I am chatting with my boyfriend. We talk about animals and later he said insects are eaten. I know some of it are eaten, but not cockcroaches nor ants, but he told me, it is a food to other people, and other like to eat insects. Then he added there is a chocolate coated insects. My disbelief was very visible on cam, so for me to believe it, he send me a link of a store that sell chocolate coated insects.
Well, I have never tried it and he said he have never tried eating it too. How about you guys, have you tried eating chocolate coated insects? Or have you ever heard this chocolate coated insects.

I have heard of people eating insects before, especially in Asia, but I haven't heard of covering them in chocolate.
I would not eat insects, whether or not they were covered in chocolate... I dislike them and their appearances, they look so creepy... and I think the chocolate would do little to disguise that.

Hi there... Even though I like to eat chocolate, I wouldnt willingly go and eat a chocolate covered insect, just because it was covered in chocolate... But I believe there are some people out there that just love it and good for them... Have a good day...

Talking about exotic food, it is my favorite. I can take almost all the exotic foods including insects such as cicada. Back to your question, yes, I have try eating insects coated with chocolate. Most insect are rich in protein. Well, you can give it a try and you will like it.
