I disagree, I prefer her music now to what it was a few years ago. Her music is much more mature and meaningful now.

I preferred how her music was when she first started. I loved the album "hey Nelly!" which included I'm like a Bird, and I really love the different sounds and influences that she used, such as Spanish and Indian. I thought they really made her a unique artist. However, recently she seems to be making dance music, and it isn't something that stands out any more, it could have been done by any number of popular dance musicians.

I love Nelly Furtado too. I was wondering if you know if she is Portuguese? My parents are and the know that the name Furtado is.
