Are rabbits good eatin

Spring is commin and these little varmits are going to start reakin havoc in my garden before i know it. i am gonna have litle choce this year but to blow there cute fluffy heads off with a shot gun when they find there way into my yard.
does anyone eat rabbit? im sure you can but ive never had the wife make rabbit anythin so i wouldnt even know what to do with the meet after i skinned it.
and suggestions?

If it's not cooked properly it'll be VERY rubbery.
I suggest putting it in slow cooker or roasting it on a low (325-375 degrees) oven for a few hours.
Serve it with potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, etc.
You can also make a stew by slow cooking the meat first, draining the grease and then adding some chicken or beef broth (or water) and some veggies.
