How long do you sleep everyday?

7 hours? 8 hours? Usually I sleep 7 hours everday.But on weekdays without lessons ,I sleep longer ( about 9 hours).some healthy magazine says that sleep 7 hours is best to our health.what's your opinion?

i sleep around 7-10 hours a day depends on the day...weekdays aouund 7-8 ...weekends 8-10...love to sleep...you have to sleep its good for the health.

I believe in that too. For myself I am trying to get at least 7 hours of sleep as I perform well If I have enough sleep- this is during weekdays. I do more than that during weekends since I have no work, so when I have to work again I feel so refresh. I can manage working even if I just have 4- 5 hours sleep but say I have sleep that way for 2-3 days I'll get a headache and my tolerance for it is so low that I couldn't even stand it so I drink pain relievers and I don't like myself to get use on taking pain relievers. I have also read that getting enough sleep improve brain functions and can give us healthy skin.

I have sleep problems due to my health, but my natural sleep cycle is about 7 hours. If I am not working, I may take a one to two hour nap in the afternoon. I was told that I should sleep more because of a specific health problem, but I don't seem to be able to. I can't imagine the sleeping in that I hear people talking about. I don't think I've done that since I was a very young child and it wasn't too often even then.

I ususally sleep around five to six hours a day. I suffer from insomnia so I have difficulty sleeping at night. My noral sleeping time is around 3 or 4 in the morning and I wake up around 9 or latest 10.
